I'm just like many of you. When I go to a LA Farmers Market, I sometimes think "What the heck is that?" I'm here to find ways for all of us to eat what "that" is by digging deep for the best and simplest recipes. Hopefully, we all can expand our menus to include fresh, seasonal and organic produce. After all, seasonal equals low prices, which are just as important in today's world as a nutritious diet!
I can't wait to try cooking my baby squash and purple potatoes and beets..at least I think I can't wait. I'll let ya know after I taste them..haha (:
